 deviledDeviled Eggs with Spinach and Bacon

Ingredients:
1 dozen hard boiled eggs, peeled
1/2 cup fresh chopped spinach
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolk. Mash them with a fork and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg halves. Chill them until ready to serve and enjoy!
