Description
One of several recent hybrid selections, this is a real workhorse in the garden, flowering non-stop from midsummer well into the fall. It forms a low, bushy mound bearing dark upright spikes of rose-purple attracting hummingbirds, goldfinches and butterflies. The foliage has a spicy licorice scent adding to its garden appeal. Great in containers and in the mixed border. Requires excellent drainage, particularly during winter otherwise plants may rot and not survive.
